How can we live more from our authentic Highly Sensitive self?

In this episode I share 6 of my favorite daily affirmations that can help us to let go of false comparisons, and allow us to live in truth, trust, abundance, acceptance, gratitude, and self worth.

All lasting positive change comes from within. Everything we need is already inside of us, we just have to be open and willing. When we understand this, when we’re ready to let go of comparing our own highly sensitive journeys to others,  we allow ourselves to tune inward.
