We know as HSPs that when our lives aren’t balanced we struggle and it's usually much harder for us to recover and renew than it is for non HSPs.
We’re exhausted from working at jobs that drain us, from relationships that don’t always fulfill us, families that need us, from interactions with people that struggle to understand us.
This method is simple to use and has been a huge gamer changer for me! We'll learn about each of these emotions and some questions we can ask ourselves to become more aware of how we're affected by them as Highly Sensitive People.
