(BONUS) Guided Bedtime Yoga Asana Practice for Sleep

This short sequence was created so you can practice in your bed, with the use of pillows to prop yourself up.

Some of the poses we’ll do will be slightly different when done on your mattress rather than on the floor. So have a couple of pillows nearby or some extra blankets. 

**Consult your doctor if you have any preexisting medical conditions, or if you’re pregnant, to check if this practice is suitable for you.**
